3 STEP PROCESS
We have a 3 step process to make Team Maryland’s elite program and they are outlined below:
STEP 1
Burning Sands Showcase –Register today at the links below to compete against the DMV’s top talent and earn your invitation to represent the state of Maryland in the #pathtonaples. This will be a padded showcase. Not only will you compete against the best, but all registered players will be coached and evaluated by the top coaches in the area! The Burning Sands Showcase is $25.
STEP 2
Evaluation Notifications – All players will be notified of their status after the Burning Sands Showcase. There will be three categories — 1) Yes, you’ve made the team; 2) Second look – the player will be invited back for another evaluation; 3) No, unfortunately your player did not make the team. All players who were selected for the team will continue on to the next step.
STEP3
Accept the Challenge – All players who are selected to represent Team Maryland will take on the best athletes in the country. Once selected, it will be a quick turnaround time to register. To prepare, here is what will be needed: head shot, copy of the player’s birth certificate/state ID/passport, report card, and $285 registration fee. The registration fee covers all expenses minus travel expenses and team apparel (optional). Fundraising opportunities will be available.

10U/6th Grade: 10a-12p
7th Grade: 1230p-230p
8th Grade: 3p-5p
FBU REGIONAL ROUNDS: 11/25-12/10
FBU CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK: 12/15-12/19
